Portraits in Sweden

Portraits in Sweden is a series of portraits and cyanotypes developed around Västra Vång and the Johannishusåsen esker in 2016. The portraits aimed to preserve the identities of those who took part of an artistic and archaeological collaboration around the discovery of ceremonial and high status objects (500 BC – 1200 AD) in Västra Vång . On the other hand, the cyanotype series focused on reinterpreting portraits from the beginning of the 20th century that were archived in the Blekinge Museum in Karlskrona.
